Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE JOINT                         
RESOLUTION NO. 29 Relating to federal efforts to require the use               
of motorcycle helmets in Alaska.  Without objection, it was so                 
ordered.

Committee.
